No raw material of ours go to production until they pass our quality standards policy. Post verification, all intermediate material such as colour additives, performance additives, like UV, AO, Anti Microbial, Flame Retardant etc are blended by auto dosing systems for accurate performance. Finished compound is tested on parameters before being packed. These parameters make our compounds 100% Speced.

Specimen Creating
We have both, compression Molding & Rotomoulding specimen preparing capabilities which assists us in identifying any post molding failures.
MFI Apparatus
MFI of both Raw Material & Finished Compounds are measured as per ASTM standard. Both these MFI values shows the thermal exposure the compounds went through while processing.
Density
Density of the final compound helps us in knowing the exposure the material went through while processing. The final achieved density will define performance of compound.
Tensile Resistance
Tensile resistance of final compound is measured by ASTM standard on Dumbbell shaped specimen. The values are measured in UOM of customer as per need.
Flexural Modulus
The stiffness of compound is established by measuring Flexural Modulus as per ASTM standard. It shows compression resistance of final product from compression stress.
Dry Flow Test
Powder Dry Flow Test shows the flowability of pulverized powder. A good flowing powder will melt to complex areas across mould very easily and gives seamless rotomoulded product.
Powder Bulk Density
We provide rotomoulded compounds with best bulk density in the industry. A good bulk density in powder helps rotomoulders in mold charging, even thickness distribution post moulding, space saving etc.
Sieve Analysis
Particle Size Distribution of powder is measured in Sieve Analysis testing. Finer the rotmoulding compound, faster is sintering process and shorter the moulding cycle.
